Step ZERO - A parent has a right to think and speak about masks
Mandating that every child mask without KNOWLEDGE is very dangerous. There are currently 6 steps to combat the injustice that is causing our children to gasp for air under an unjust mask mandate.
Step 1 - Teach Your Children They Have the Right to Breathe
Children should understand that they have permission to breathe freely. Young ones will need coaching.
Show Me the Science
Step 2 - Understand that CDC has no idea if masking is safe for children
No study!! No Testing!! Read it for yourself. We asked: Where or what studies have been done on short-term or long-term problems related to masking of children and restricted breathing? Side Note : Most masks are made in China
One of our greatest MN companies that has been the leader in developing and making masks will not and does not make masks for children. 3M has no masks for children
Step 3 - Understand that MDH has no data to prove masking is safe for children
Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) has responded. They have no data to support a claim that masks are safe or tested. MHD - No Data - No Specific Study
Step 4 - Understand the Science - Masking Can be Dangerous

Masking restricts the free flow of normal breathing, and increases stress. Masking can lead to:
- increased breathing rates,
- an accelerated heartbeat,
- impaired thinking,
- impaired coordination,
- light headiness,
- nausea.
Testing the air within and immediately around typical face masks indicates a reduction in oxygen.
Step 5 - Comunicate these FACTS to as many as possible - Peacefully
Action is needed immediately; however, many are not informed adequately to make sound decisions. School boards must listen to sound REASONING to make a REASONABLE decision. The following is one of the best examples I have seen. School Board Speech - Masks Abuse Funding

What air is good to breath ?
- The atmosphere generally has 20.9 percent oxygen by volume. This is what our bodies want.
- We exhale 15 to 18 percent oxygen. Our bodies do not want this exhaled air.
The OSHA Respiratory Protection Standard ("the Standard"; 29 CFR 1910.134) uses 19.5 percent oxygen as the level below which an oxygen-deficient atmosphere exists and requires, generally, that all oxygen-deficient atmospheres be considered immediately dangerous to life or health
Therefore, to prevent these serious health effects from occurring when employees are exposed to oxygen-deficient atmospheres, the OSHA Standard requires employers to provide employees with either a self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) or a combination full-facepiece pressure-demand supplied-air respirator (SAR) with an auxiliary self-contained air supply

The solution
Let the children BREATHE fresh air
- It is my personal and professional opinion that mandating face masking of children that are not capable of assessing their own health risk is a dangerous situation.
- It is my personal and professional opinion that mandating face masking of children that are not capable of assessing their own health risk is child abuse.
- I teach my children, they have the FREEDOM to politely say, "no thankyou" when someone wants to restrict their breathing
- It is the child that determines something is "unreasonable"
Additional Concerns
Masking adds to pre-existing conditions.
Blindly mandating masks on children does not take into consideration the wide variety of situations that may increase the immediate heath risk to children who may have other conditions that present breathing problems which may include:

- physical exertion due to sports
- anxiety due to common stress related to normal school activities including testing, student-to-student interaction, or brisk walking from room to room.
- allergies, medications, stuffy nose, flu, colds, asthma, coughs, injuries, or health problems.
- heat exhaustion while riding on hot school busses.
- It has been proven that within typical masks worn by school children for one day there are all sorts of pathogens that are captured on the inside of the mask.
Warning Letters Regarding Masking
Engineers are expected to HOLD paramount the safety, health, and welfare of the public. If their judgement is overruled under circumstances that endanger life, they SHALL notify the appropriate authority.
The following letters were issued to authorities regarding the OBVIOUS Dangers with blindly mandating masks on children. These are Warning Letters primarily sent to help people make the right choice to protect innocent children.
These letters are professionally certified letters that can be used in a court of law. I, Richard Abbott, can be subpoenaed as a fact witness attesting to these facts and conclusions within these letter. I can also be subpoenaed as an expert witness with regard to certain related OSHA requirements.
These letters and/or my testimony can be used for or against an organization or an individual that:
- Chooses to instruct a child to place a mask on their face therefore constrict their breathing.
- Chooses to walks by a child knowingly or unknowingly when the child is in breathing distress when wearing a mask and under their care or direction
- Chooses to give the impression to a child that a mask must be worn in a certain location or they will be disobedient whether that person is near or far removed from their presence including transportation to and from their facility, school activities, or school organized events
- Chooses to reframe from instructing and/or enforcing a child to wear a face covering
- Chooses to instruct a child to take off their mask and breathe freely

Our Journey on 8-27-2021
We started our day out by reflecting on the past. I brought them to Fort Snelling National Cemetery. I taught them that many people in the past had served our country with the hope of preserving our rights and our freedoms. That includes having the freedom to breathe. We also have the freedom to speak. They want their voices heard. WILL ANY ONE LISTEN?
Trying to have our voice be heard
We went to the State Building, but it was closed to the public. We knocked on the door and a big police man answered. He was not letting any visitors in the building. It was surrounded by law enforcement. We called Anne Neu Brindley's office. No one answer. I don't think anyone was there due to safety concerns. It was disappointing. It did not feel like freedom. We mailed her letter. We wanted to hand deliver the letter.
